This week I am starting my 20 minute quick exercise program. It is my way of getting my day started out right and it ensures that I actually get some sort of a work out in!

You Gotta Move it To Lose It

50 Jumping Jacks (2x)

20 Burpees (2x)

25 Squats (2x)

40 Lunges (each leg, 2x)

40 Sit Ups (2x)

20 Push Ups (2x)

40 Mountain Climbers (2x)
