In this weeks spotlight on health I am going to keep it short and sweet. Spring and Summer are just around the corner. It is time to get out and move. This 8-Week Walk to Run program is a great way to get started!
If you are couch potato, then this slow program is made for you. When I had my second child, working out became something that I would start up again in the unidentified future. With all that down time. Starting back up running is a bit more difficult than you may think.
8-Week Walk to Run Program
In comes the 8-week Walk to Run Program. It tells you what to do each day of the week for one month. You can always modify what days you do what. Just make sure to have rest days and also not to push it. ALWAYS check with your doctor before starting any diet or exercise program.
Click on the program link below to download your free copy. As always, please tell me how it goes or any tips you use to stay on track with your exercise program.
