This week is week number 3 of my 20 minute workout quick exercise program. If you are looking for 20 minute workout 1 and 20 minute workout 2 you can check those out first. Do them in any order you please! They are meant to be alternated during the week.
These 20 minute workouts are my way of getting my day started out right and it ensures that I actually get some sort of a work out in!
Please remember that you should ALWAYS consult your physician before starting an exercise program and if it feels wrong, stop and sit down. I am not a doctor. I am just a mom looking to drop the last of my baby weight.
